MACHINE FEATURES:

Cuts laminated glass from the top and bottom.

After the end of the cutting process, it will automatically

break the glass first from the top and then from the

bottom.

It has a mechanical miter system.

There is laser miter to cut shaped glass (Can't cut these

shapes: triangle, pentagon or round or ellipse special

shapes)

PLC Controlled

All mechanical parts can be controlled manually from the

PLC screen.

Conveyor is controlled by asynchronous motor.

All pistons and diamond cutter oil drops each have

precision air regulators.

Glass cutting machines can be made with capacities of

330 cm - 380 cm - 430 cm - 460 cm and 600 cm.

There is a measuring and pneumatic tilting table from

where the cut glass can be taken.

The table is designed for heavy glass.

There is a fan blowing so that the glass can be moved

easily on the table.

There is also a blower on the surface of the laminated

glass cutting table for easy transport of the glass.

Glass support tabs are pneumatically controlled.
